Updated the UI to use more of the available screen width on larger displays.
Simplified the menu option for unzipping. To unzip a Run, select File > Unzip.

Fixed an issue that could cause an analysis to abort when using a shared run as input.
Fixed an issue that could cause a project transfer to get stuck and prevent other actions.
Fixed an issue that prevented the developer tools from displaying in the developer portal form builder.
Fixed an issue where certain validations were not performed until after launching a requeue (eg, the run is transferring or in a non-terminal status). These validations are now performed after selecting the requeue option in the menu.
Fixed a typo in the Create Custom Library Prep Kit dialog.
