### January 21, 2016 - 4.0.0 - Updates to BaseSpace Interface

* Features:
  * New dashboard (updated styles and buttons)
  * New header
    * Help moved to the right
    * Platform dropdown button in top left, for NextBio and DesignStudio
    * Added trash icon
  * New dropdown for user settings
    * My Account renamed to Settings
    * New design/styling
  * New/Updated Settings page
    * Settings tab renamed to Account, added Learn More button for Pricing in this section
    * Added new Notifications tab (originally under Settings)
    * Reordered tabs in vertical navigation menu
    * Updated the Genomes tab to display correct genomes available in the BaseSpace API (may be different for each app, but this is where the public ones will be listed for now)
