# Release Notes Last Updated: December 2024 Release Date: December 2024 These release notes describe the key changes to software components for the Clarity LIMS MiSeq i100 Series Integration Package v1.0.0. ## **Compatibility** Refer to [Compatibility](/clarity-lims/instruments-and-integrations/compatibility.md#miseq-i100-series) under Instruments & Integrations. ## **New Features** * Provides integration between the MiSeq i100 Series instrument and Illumina cloud-hosted Clarity LIMS. * Supports creation of planned run with secondary analysis configuration and generation of v2 sample sheet for Cloud and Hybrid run modes via Illumina Connected Analytics (ICA). * Supports automated tracking of the sequencing run and parsing of run metrics to Illumina cloud-hosted Clarity LIMS. * Supports automated tracking of analysis for analysis status and demultiplexing results. The analysis is either performed by ICA in Cloud run mode or by DRAGEN on-premise in Hybrid run mode. * New MiSeq i100 Series Sequencing v1.0 workflow available from Illumina Preset Protocol v2.10. ## **Known Limitations** * The Assign Analysis Configuration Template step does not support pooled libraries. * For local analysis (Hybrid run mode), custom library prep and index adapter kits selected in the ACT must also be installed or created in the Illumina Run Manager. --- # Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.
