This is an optional update for customers interested in any instrument integration package requiring this release or in the new workflow available with this release.

## Compatibility

The Illumina Preset Protocols (IPP) v2.0 is compatible with:

* NGS Extensions package v5.20 or later.

## Defect Repairs

* The NovaSeq workflow allows reverse complement workflow regardless of the PairedEnd option selected.
* The NovaSeq workflow displays the correct lane number in the Automated-NovaSeq Run step for run using a NovaSeq Standard workflow.
