# Sample Sheet Generation Issue and CLPA Issues When Samples Have Been Assigned QC Flag Prior to Entering Steps

## Issue

The following issues will happen if any of the samples in the pools has been assigned QC flag in prior steps when using impacted integrations (see [Impact to Customer](#impact-to-customer)):

* Sample sheet and planned run generation will fail
* Clarity LIMS Product Analytics (CLPA) payload generation (pooling step only) will fail
* CLPA association of libraries with sequencing run will fail
