# BSSH Analysis Setup

Once the run is sequencing on instrument, it will fall under the "Active" tab of the Runs section on BSSH. "Status" will display the current status of the run.

Once the run is in a completed status and FASTQs are generated, secondary analysis can be manually launched.

To launch secondary analysis, find the application to run and launch with the correct version:

* DRAGEN Germline v4.4.6 ​
* DRAGEN Somatic v4.4.6
* DRAGEN Enrichment v4.4.6
