DRAGEN App Manager (Local)

The DRAGEN StrataMap Application enables on-premise analysis of spatial transcriptomics data from Illumina sequencing instruments. This application processes sequencing data (BCL files) along with map files and microscopy images to generate spatially resolved gene expression profiles.

While the Local App enables fully local operation, it is important to understand that it is much more limited in capability, scalability, and performance compared to the cloud-based version of the application. It also does not include any of the tertiary steps (filtering, normalization, PCA, UMAP, clustering). Customers who require larger-scale analysis, faster runtimes, or advanced features may benefit from using the cloud version instead.
