Uninstallation (Local)

Basic Uninstallation (Recommended)

This removes everything - the application and all resources:

# Run with sudo (administrator permissions)
sudo ./uninstall_DRAGEN_Spatial_Transcriptome-1.5.0.sh

You will be asked to confirm uninstallation, after which the application and resources will be uninstalled from DRAGEN-App-Manager.

The script will notify the user of the results of the uninstallation.
