Pseudobulk (pool cells)
Pseudobulk/Pool cells combines all cells of a particular classification for each sample. In essence, Pool cells creates virtual bulk data from single cell data. Because it is virtual data, all the same tasks that can be performed on bulk counts data can be performed on the output making it easy to compare gene expression for a cell type of interest between experimental groups.
