Transcript Filtering

To filter by transcript(s) select the 'Transcripts' option in the 'Spatial' section of the left navigation bar. Then either type, select from the dropdown, or paste a transcript or multiple transcripts to filter by. The plot will update to show the sum of transcript counts for the selected transcripts.

To remove the transcript filter click the 'x'. You will need to update the plot colors by selecting 'Axes' under the 'Configure' section of the left navigation bar.
