Export Sample Files

On the Export page, outputs may be exported to the Cloud or downloaded locally. For this test, you will save locally.

Export to Local

Exporting to Local allows the user to save the output from Illumina Spatial Image Tool to a local path on their machine.

To export Spatial Image Tool outputs:

  • Click Local to select it as the target. Then click Select folder... to identify the output location for your processed test images.

  • After you click Export, a progress dialog will appear indicating the progress of the OME-TIFF generation.

  • Upon completion, an OME-TIFF file and a CSV file will be exported and saved to the designated location.

Upload the resulting Fiducial Target Test OME-TIFF to the designated location or share it with your Illumina Field Application Scientist (FAS).
