#### Illumina Spatial Image tool

**Workgroups with Multiple Regions**

When a workgroup includes multiple regions, OME-TIFF uploads are not assigned to their appropriate regional destinations and instead default to the US region. If the workgroup is limited to a single region, uploads are routed correctly.

**Potential registration failure with excess white space and rotation in the image**

When there is a high rotation in the image AND excess white space, there is an issue in registration that causes a failure. The workaround would be cropping the image to get rid of excess white space.
