Custom tab
The Custom tab in the Filtering panel displays custom preset groups created for the current case.
Custom preset groups are created during case review by applying variant search refinement filters on top of the preset group.
Each preset in a custom preset group intersects its original logic with the refinement filters.
Custom preset groups are available only in the current case. They are not saved in Settings and cannot be reused in other cases.
What you can do in this tab
Select a custom preset group: Select a custom preset group to filter variants in the current case.
Apply a preset from a custom preset group: Apply a preset with added refinement filters.
View the logic of a preset from a custom preset group: Expand a preset to inspect its filtering conditions.
Mark a preset from a custom preset group as reviewed: Track preset review progress.
