Variant type filters enable analysts to concentrate on specific variant types. This streamlines the workflow by grouping variants that share the same analytical logic and evaluation approach.

Small variants:

• SNV
• Indel
• MNV (v100.39.0+)

Structural variants:

• DEL
• DUP
• INS

• Mitochondrial SNV/Indel

• STR
• Haplotype variant
• LOH/ROH

Default values

When filters are reset to default, the Variant type filters are not applied.
