Assign / Clear pathogenicity

Using bulk pathogenicity actions, you can set or clear classifications for multiple variants at once. This reduces repetitive work during interpretation. Only tagged variants can have pathogenicity assigned.

In the Multi-select actions bar, click the Pathogenicity icon

Choose a classification

Pathogenic, Likely Pathogenic, VUS, Likely Benign, Benign

Removing pathogenicity classifications from multiple variants

In the Multi-select actions bar, click the Pathogenicity icon

Select Clear to remove the existing classification

  • Clearing pathogenicity removes existing classifications for all selected variants.

  • Changes apply immediately and affect all users working on the case.
