Using bulk pathogenicity actions, you can set or clear classifications for multiple variants at once. This reduces repetitive work during interpretation. Only tagged variants can have pathogenicity assigned.
Select the variants of interest
In the Multi-select actions bar, click the Pathogenicity icon
Choose a classification
Pathogenic, Likely Pathogenic, VUS, Likely Benign, Benign

Select the variants of interest
In the Multi-select actions bar, click the Pathogenicity icon
Select Clear to remove the existing classification
Clearing pathogenicity removes existing classifications for all selected variants.
Changes apply immediately and affect all users working on the case.

Tips:
Combine tags and pathogenicity assignments in bulk to streamline reporting preparation.
Assign pathogenicity before exporting to avoid validation errors.
