Phenomatch filters

Phenomatch Filters are used to highlight variants in genes linked to diseases whose symptoms closely align with the patient's clinical presentation. These genes have high phenotypic match scores, calculated through proprietary phenotypic match models.

There is a corresponding filter for each model:

3. Phenomatch – High Specificity

4. Phenomatch with Unknown
