The Zygosity filters allow you to restrict variants based on the genotype status observed in each sequenced individual in the pedigree. These filters are particularly useful when Inheritance filters require further refinement.
A matrix of samples and selectable zygosity states allows users to manually specify which zygosity states are permitted for each sequenced individual in the pedigree.
By selecting specific states, the results are restricted to variants that match the chosen zygosity for each sample.
