Download DRAGEN QC metrics files

You can download sample-level DRAGEN QC metrics files for all samples in a case from the Sample quality section of the Lab tab.

Click the download icon next to the section title to download the files.

Available metrics by case type

NGS cases

For NGS cases, the per-sample DRAGEN QC metrics files include:

• Coverage metrics file: <sample>.dragen.bed_coverage_metrics.csv

• Mapping statistics files: <sample>.mapping_metrics.csv, <sample>.dragen.mapping_metrics.csv

Array cases

For array cases, QC metrics for all samples are included in a single sample_quality_gt_sample_summary.json file. The metrics include:

• Call rate

• Autosomal call rate

• Log R dev
