**Test Settings**

1. Case Labels\
   Create, edit, and remove Case labels that haven't been in use. Once you're done, don't forget to click Save at the bottom of the Test Settings section.\ <img src="/files/4x01KHLsI916r7fdPklI" alt="" data-size="original">
2. Gene lists\
   Create [gene lists](/emedgene/emedgene-analyze-manual/launching-analysis/creating_a_single_case/3.-case-info/gene_list.md) from scratch or from existing ones, edit, remove, hide, unhide, and download. Adding and removing genes to the list is only available for gene lists that haven't been in use; editing the list name is not restricted.\
