# Test settings **Test Settings** 1. Case Labels\ Create, edit, and remove Case labels that haven't been in use. Once you're done, don't forget to click Save at the bottom of the Test Settings section.\ 2. Gene lists\ Create [gene lists](/emedgene/emedgene-analyze-manual/launching-analysis/creating_a_single_case/3.-case-info/gene_list.md) from scratch or from existing ones, edit, remove, hide, unhide, and download.
