Default preset group

The preset group selected during case creation determines which presets appear in the Presets tab of the Filtering panel. If no preset group is selected during case creation, the default preset group is automatically applied.

Use the Preset groups section in Lab workflow settings to assign a preset group as default.

Set a default preset group

In Organization Settings → Lab workflow → Default preset group, open the dropdown.

Select a preset group.

Select Save.

Result: The default preset group is displayed in future cases with no assigned preset group. Existing cases are not updated.

Note: A default group cannot be hidden or reverted.
