Curate actions in Analyze

For guidance on the Curate app, see the Curate manual.

This section explains the Curate actions — Add, Update, and Open — available from the Variant page top bar in Analyze.

Some actions are inactive, depending on whether the variant exists in Curate and your permissions.

Add

Use Add to store a new variant in Curate for reuse across cases. The option is inactive if the variant is already in Curate.

Update

Use Update to sync data from Analyze to an existing Curate variant. The option is available for variants that have a record in Curate.

Use Open to open the variant’s page in Curate. The option is active for variants that have a record in Curate.
