You can export a variant from the Variant page in Analyze to Curate.
How to export a variant to Curate
Prerequisites: The variant must have a tag and assigned pathogenicity.

Open the Variant page in Analyze.

Select the export option in the top bar.
From the Curate actions dropdown, select Add.
The Curate actions dropdown in Analyze v38.0+
Select Export to Curate.
The Export to Curate action in Analyze ≤37.0
Result:
Variant is added to Curate.
The Curate Variant page opens, where you can add curated interpretation, select a disease, classify the variant using ACMG criteria, and perform additional actions as needed.
