Curate Gene table
The Curate Gene Table provides a searchable and sortable list of all genes stored in your organization’s Curate database. This feature helps you quickly review, search, and filter curated genes while seeing real-time counts of how many entries are displayed.
The Curate Gene Table includes the following key elements:
Search Bar
Search for genes by gene symbol, HGNC ID, or NCBI ID.
Results update dynamically as you type.
Columns Available
Gene – Displays the gene symbol or name.
Type – Indicates gene type (e.g., protein-coding, non-coding).
Strand – Shows the strand orientation of the gene.
Sorting – All columns support alphabetical sorting for easy navigation.
All the Curate Gene table columns allow for alphabetical sorting.
Gene count display
The table shows the number of curated genes matching your filters, updating in real-time below the search bar. Displays 0 if no results match.
Tips:
Use HGNC or NCBI IDs for precise searches when gene symbols are ambiguous.
