Import Curate gene interpretation to a case

You can import curated gene interpretation from Curate into:

• Variant interpretation notes for a variant
• The case-level Gene Interpretation

Open the Variant page in a case.

Locate Variant interpretation notes in the Evidence tab.

Select Edit.

In the navigation bar, select the paste symbol ().

From the menu, select Import data from Curate > Gene.

Select Save.

Result: The curated gene interpretation is added to the variant interpretation notes.

In the Case interpretation widget, select variants to include in the report.

Open the Gene Interpretation tab.

In the navigation bar, select Import data from Curate ().

Result: The curated gene interpretation is added for each gene associated with the variants selected for the report.
