Card contents

The Interpretation card on the Curate Variant page lets you view and manage curated interpretation text and draft notes for the variant.

The Interpretation card features:

• The Curated tab: Finalized interpretation of the variant. You can reuse this text in the Variant Interpretation notes within a case.
• The Note tab: Draft notes about the variant.

How to edit interpretation text

Editing curated interpretation in Interpretation card.

In the Interpretation card, select the Curated or Note tab.

Select Edit ().

Update the text. Apply formatting as needed.

Select Save.

Result: The curated or draft interpretation is saved.
