The Case Page can be navigated to by clicking on a case in the Case List. Once you're in a case, you'll find many places to navigate to.
Going from left to right:
Click Cases to go back to the Cases Page.
Click ◦◦◦ to access case actions, such as Add Variant.
Click Overview to navigate to the Overview Tab.
Click Visualize to navigate to the Visualize Tab.
Click Variants to navigate to the Variants Tab.
Click Lab QC to navigate to the Lab QC Tab.
Click Report to navigate to the Report Tab.
Click Case Details to open Case Details.
The exact interpretative actions are different between laboratories and depend on the type of test, report, and specifics of the given case. Typical user actions include the following steps:
Review the case, subject, and sample information in Case Details.
Select the Variants Tab to display the variant grid for review and interpretation.
Customize variant information displayed in the variant grid. For more information, refer to Modify Columns.
Apply or modify variant filters. For more information, refer to Apply Variant Filters.
Flag the variant as needed to support communication between variant reviewers. For more information, refer to Variants Tab.
View more information about the variant. For more information, refer to View Biomarker Details.
Create variant assertions and include the selected variants in the report. For more information, refer to Interpret a Biomarker.
If you ever notice an inaccurate variant call or have additional variants from another test to report, variants can be added to the case at any time, ensuring your analyses are both accurate and comprehensive.
Navigate to the of a case.
Next to the case ID in the top left area of the screen, click the ◦◦◦ icon.
Click Add Variant.
Observe the instructions and complete the form. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
Notice that step 2 can be performed from any tab within the case, such as on the , and by pulling down the page.
