Your organization can be a member of different Public and Private networks at the same time.
The user can opt in or out of Extended data sharing during case creation based on the patient's consent. This is a mandatory field that cannot be edited later via edit case flow.
A case with Extended data sharing consent will share both Restricted fields and Extended fields in the Related Cases section of the Variant page, whereas a case without consent will only share Restricted fields. Whether a field is Restricted or Extended is defined by the network setup.
Notes:
In the Add new case UI, default case subject consent for Extended data sharing is set to “Yes”, except for cases that ran on platform versions 31 and earlier.
When using API to create cases, the sharing_level
field is used to indicate whether the case subject consented to Extended data sharing. Valid inputs include: restricted
and extended
. If not specified, the default value is restricted

In > Network, click on Create Network.
Enter the desired network name.
Select between options.
Click on Create Network again.
Go to > Network > Network table, and find the network you want to leave. Click on Leave in the corresponding row.
A warning window will appear, simply click on Leave to confirm.
The Public network is accessible and viewable by all organizations within the region. This openness encourages collaboration among different entities within the specified area. Marked by a globe icon in Settings > Network > Network table.
On the other hand, we understand that certain operations require a more exclusive approach. That's where the Private network comes into play. This network is visible for invited organizations only, ensuring a heightened level of privacy and security.<br/<>Marked by globe lock icon in Settings > Network > Network table.
Navigate to Settings > Network > Network table and find the desired network. Click on Manage in the corresponding row.
On the Manage Network page, select the specific data fields that you want to keep as Not shared, or shared under Restricted or Extended modes.
Once you've made your selections, click Save to apply the changes.
Go to Settings > Network > Network table.
Find the network you want to delete and click on Manage.
Scroll to the bottom of the Manage network page and click on Delete Network.
In the warning window, click Yes, I'm sure to confirm the deletion.
Please note that this action is irreversible, so make sure you want to delete the network before proceeding.
