Correlation Plot

The Correlation plot is used to visualize the relationship between a feature and numeric attribute values for each sample or cell. It is a 2D scatterplot in Data viewer with y-axis representing the feature and the x-axis representing the numeric attribute (or another feature). Points on the plot are cells or samples.

The correlation plot is available on Correlation analysis and ANOVA/LIMMA-trend/LIMMA-voom (if a numeric attribute is included) task reports.

Click the View correlation plot button in the View column of the task report

The configuration is the same as other plots in data viewer. Click on Statistics to turn on/off the regression line
