* Added the ability to filter the Analysis list page by Application.

* Added the ability to define a custom product when creating a custom configuration in Microarray Analysis Setup.

* Stability fixes.
* Fixed an issue so the Dashboard 'Recent Activity' section only shows Runs and Analyses owned by the current user or workgroup.
* Fixed an issue that could cause an incorrect error message to display on subsequent attempts to move an object to the trash.
* Fixed an issue that caused a mismatch between the Analysis list 'Last Modified' timestamp and the Analysis details 'Date Completed' timestamp.
* Fixed an issue that could cause analysis logs to display a FASTQ-related message even when no FASTQs were generated.
