Add Variant

If you ever notice an inaccurate variant call or have additional variants from another test to report, variants can be added to the case at any time, ensuring your analyses are both accurate and comprehensive.

1. Navigate to the Case Page of a case.

2. Next to the case ID in the top left area of the screen, click the ◦◦◦ icon.

3. Click Add Variant.

4. Observe the instructions and complete the form. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).

Notice that step 2 can be performed from any tab within the case, such as on the Visualize Tab, and Biomarker Details by pulling down the page.
