Import Curate Gene annotations to the case

Gene annotations from Curate can be effortlessly imported into a case, ensuring smooth integration into your case report. Gene annotations may be imported to:

1. Gene Interpretation tab (Case interpretation widget)

2. Variant Interpretation notes (Variant page > Evidence section)

To include Curate gene annotations in the Gene Interpretation tab of the case:

1. In the Case interpretation widget, choose the tagged variants that you wish to include in the report

2. Navigate to the Gene Interpretation tab located on the right

3. Click the paste icon (Import data from Curate). This action will result in the inclusion of Interpretation paragraphs from Curate for each affected gene

4. Click Save

To add Curate gene annotations to Variant Interpretation notes for a specific variant:

1. Open the Variant page and navigate to the Evidence section > Variant interpretation notes

2. Сlick Edit

3. Click the paste icon. From the dropdown, choose Import data from Curate, then click Gene

4. Save your changes
