Deleting a variant from Curate (v100.39.0+)

You can delete variants from Curate if you have the required permissions.

How to delete a variant from Curate

On the Curate Variant Page, select the vertical ellipsis () on the top right.

Select Delete Variant.

After you select Delete, the variant is permanently deleted and the action cannot be undone.

Carefully confirm variant details in the pop-up.

• If you want to proceed, select Delete.

• To cancel, select Cancel.

Result:

• The variant and its associated data are permanently removed from your organization’s Curate database.

• An audit log records the deletion for traceability.
