Install Knowledge Bases

After you log in to Illumina Connected Insights as an administrator, you can use the Software Update function from the Administration Console to install the CIViC and JAX-CKB KB files downloaded in the Prerequisites.

  1. On the Administration Console, select Software Update.

  2. Under Updates, select Check for Updates.

  3. If packages are found, select Install Now next to the applicable updates.

  4. When prompted to install the update, select Install Now.

  5. If a pop-up window displays indicating that the file integrity check failed, select Close. Make sure that the file is downloaded and copied correctly and try again.

If the installation of the CIViC or JAX-CKB KB files exceeds one hour, refer to Software Errors and Corrective Actions.
