Sign In to Connected Insights
You must install the license file before signing into Connected Insights. If you do not install the license file, access to the application is blocked and an errormessage displays.
From your browser, log in to the DRAGEN server using a fully qualified domain name (for example,
https://DRAGENHOSTNAME.domainname.com
). If you do not have a qualified domain name, refer to Software Errors and Corrective Actions. If you receive a browser message indicating that your connection is not private, disregard and proceed to the URL.Open Connected Insights. If a message displays indicating to install your license file, install the file before proceeding. For instructions, refer to Install License File
Using the following default login information, log in to Connected Insights:
User name —icidefault
Password — P@ssw0rd@123
After you sign in, you must add an administrator user. Populate the following fields:
User Name
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Create Temporary Password
Confirm Password
Select Save.
A page displays indicating that the default account has been suspended and that you can sign in under your administrator user name.Select Continue.
Using your administrator user name and password, sign in to Connected Insights.
After reading the Master Service Subscription Agreement (MSSA), select I Accept.
Enter a new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields and select Reset.
Select your security questions and select Save.
