Overview

Complete the installation of Connected Insights - Local as follows.

1. Review and complete the prerequisites. For instructions, refer to Prerequisites.

2. Install the Connected Insights software. For instructions, refer to Install Connected Insights Software.

3. Install the Illumina Connected Annotations database. For instructions, refer to Install Illumina Connected Annotations.

4. Install the Connected Insights license file. For instructions, refer to Install License File.

5. Sign in to Connected Insights. For instructions, refer to Sign In to Connected Insights.

6. Install the JAX-CKB and CIViC Knowledge Base (KB) files. For instructions, refer to Install Knowledge Bases.

After installing Connected Insights - Local , follow the instructions in Configuration) to set up Connected Insights and Data Upload from User Storage(Connected Insights - Cloud and Connected Insights - Local) to ingest cases from secondary analysis data.
