• Missense prediction (All, Neutral, Damaging)

• Conservation (Low, Moderate, High)

• Splicing (Low, Moderate, High)

Advanced

Further restrict analysis results by:

• CADD Phred - Moving the slider to the requested score (0-99) will filter variants with a score above this number. CADD Phred score is a measure of how likely a genetic variant is to be deleterious. Any variant with a score >= 20 will be considered as Damaging.
